Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights and actionable advice for Gartner clients in writing, video, infographics, and podcasts • Develop thought leadership, insights, and actionable approaches to accelerate client decision-making • Analyze client barriers and needs to identify root causes and drive strategy forward • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring independent insights to Gartner leaders to evolve research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts, including relevant regulatory environments • Track vendors, market trends, emerging technologies, and practices in AI-driven HR technology • Deliver individualized, data-driven advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders through video presentations and discussions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support and help Insights teams create content and engage clients • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate with Insights peers • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes for service delivery • Mentor and coach junior team members • Engage clients regularly with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Profound understanding of CHRO challenges, workflows, and priorities • Experience designing, implementing, and managing HR AI strategies and transformation initiatives • Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR technology landscape, including market dynamics, vendors, products, emerging AI and generative AI use cases, HR processes, workflows, team structures, data governance, and ROI governance • HR compliance experience and understanding of relevant regulatory environments impacting HR operations • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical, and presentation skills • Proficiency analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
