• Own the Public Sector field marketing strategy across federal, state, local, and education markets. • Partner with Public Sector Sales leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with pipeline, revenue, account priorities, and business objectives. • Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns using digital programs, content, webinars, executive engagement, ABM, events, and partner initiatives. • Develop targeted ABM and account engagement programs for priority agencies, organizations, and strategic opportunities. • Engage decision-makers across security, workforce development, procurement, and technical teams. • Translate Hack The Box’s value proposition for Public Sector audiences with Product Marketing and Content. • Develop pre- and post-event strategies to extend conferences and field activities into demand-generation, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration programs. • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Sales on joint demand-generation programs with channel partners, government contractors, resellers, and technology partners. • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, customer advocacy, executive engagement, and community-building. • Manage the marketing budget and prioritize investments based on strategic and pipeline impact. • Establish and track KPIs including account engagement, qualified pipeline, opportunity acceleration, and attributed or influenced revenue. • Provide regular performance insights and continuously optimize the strategy using campaign results and sales feedback. • Establish Public Sector marketing strategy, Sales alignment, priority audiences and accounts, initial campaigns, and measurement framework during the first six months. • Work with AMER Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams.
• At least five years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated campaigns. • Experience marketing to Public Sector audiences, ideally across federal, state, local, or education markets. • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, workforce development, or another complex technology category is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to create integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue—not only execute events. • Strong understanding of Public Sector audiences, sales cycles, procurement considerations, and partner ecosystems. • Experience working closely with Sales teams to identify priorities, select accounts, and develop coordinated account-engagement plans. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot. • Ability to balance strategic planning, creative thinking, analysis, and hands-on execution. • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving global organization. • US East Coast / Central US location requirement. • Participation in Hack The Box’s application and interview process, including a job-related assignment. • Must comply with applicable US work authorization requirements; Hack The Box participates in E-Verify.
