• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or corporate development • Strong orientation toward enterprise markets • Deep experience with dealmaking and relationship management • Experience with platform-based partnerships like LXPs or content ecosystems • Strong commercial judgment and operational execution • Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts • Adept negotiator and dealmaker • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style • Comfortable representing HBP with senior external partners • Intellectually curious about enterprise learning and emerging technologies • Clear and compelling communicator
