• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements — scope, schedule, budget, and quality • Partner with clients and internal leads to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria • Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting cadences that keep stakeholders informed and aligned • Run scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and keep design/engineering teams operating smoothly • Manage scope changes, surface trade-offs early, and lead difficult conversations with clients when timelines or priorities shift • Identify and mitigate delivery risks before they become blockers • Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams and resource allocation across the team • Track project health metrics (margin, utilization, velocity, on-time delivery) and report to leadership • Report directly to Head of Product. • Help refine our delivery playbook • Champion process improvements that make our team more efficient and our clients more confident
• 5+ years managing software, design, or digital product projects — ideally in an agency or consultancy setting • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements on time and on budget • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, navigate conflict, and build long-term trust • Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical audiences • Skilled at managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects • Deep experience with Agile/Scrum and adaptable to hybrid waterfall when projects call for it • Strong understanding of design and development workflows and what good handoff looks like between disciplines • Proficiency with Linear (what we use) or Jira, plus comfort in tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus but not required • Calm under pressure and energized by ambiguity
