Description

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and chat. • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. • Engage in personalized shopping for customer hold requests, adhering to their preferences and ensuring a positive shopping experience. • Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to offer accurate and helpful assistance. • Document customer interactions and update records in the customer service database. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates to provide up-to-date information to customers. • Work independently to manage and prioritize customer inquiries effectively. • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.

🎯 Exigences

• You need to be a resident of the United States. • Proven experience in a customer service role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications. • High-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment. • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and weekends. • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
