Description

• Design, build, and launch provider onboarding and continuing education programs using video, text, interactive, and live formats • Bring new providers up to speed quickly and keep the provider network current as protocols evolve • Partner with Hone’s Medical Director and clinical leadership on clinical education • Translate new treatment protocols, medications, and best practices into immediately actionable provider training • Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules • Refine training based on provider feedback and performance data • Conduct regular needs assessments across the provider network • Identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities before they become quality issues • Track training completion and provider competency across the network • Report program performance to leadership

🎯 Exigences

• Advanced medical/clinical degree: MD, DO, PA, or NP • 5+ years treating patients in one or more areas of longevity-based medical care, such as hormone therapy, weight management, thyroid, menopause, and perimenopause • Previous experience in healthcare education, training, or related roles, ideally within a telemedicine-centered practice • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and education best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms • Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and quality • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset • Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Role is fully remote within the United States
