Description

• Shape the end-to-end user experience of the Hypori Console by gathering stakeholder feedback, defining interaction patterns and information architecture, and turning complex administrative workflows into efficient interfaces • Partner with Product Management on priorities and direction • Lead front-end architecture, including component structure, state management, routing, and build and test tooling • Maintain a shared component library and engineering conventions • Deliver and troubleshoot features end to end through REST APIs and backend services in a Kubernetes-deployed microservices architecture • Integrate with enterprise identity providers and Hypori’s authorization model, including single sign-on, session handling, and role-based access control • Build accessible interfaces meeting Section 508 and WCAG 2.x AA expectations • Partner with QA to maintain unit, component, and end-to-end front-end test coverage in CI/CD pipelines • Serve as the front-end engineering subject matter expert, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and influence technical decisions • Use provided AI tooling responsibly to accelerate engineering work and improve product quality • Follow secure software development policies and protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity • Provide periodic off-business-hours on-call support to operations staff

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant depth in front-end engineering and demonstrated ability to architect scalable enterprise web applications • Expert-level command of modern front-end development, including state management, data fetching, component composition, and web fundamentals • Working proficiency in at least one backend language • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, container-based delivery, and public cloud platforms • Track record of defining interfaces, not only implementing them • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and how to build and test against them • Proficiency in secure coding practices, common web vulnerabilities and mitigations, and identity and access management patterns • Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical work across one or more teams • Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs, acting on user feedback, and maintaining documentation • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); no visa sponsorship available • Preferred: experience with security, identity, or infrastructure management products • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise component libraries and design system practices • Preferred: experience with front-end observability, including error tracking, usage monitoring, and performance budgets
