Description

• Take ownership of CRM offerings based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and further develop our consulting portfolio • Support clients in designing modern CRM and sales processes • Analyze requirements, develop viable solution concepts, and oversee their implementation • Identify use cases for AI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation • Independently manage client projects, workshops, and stakeholder alignments • Drive the go-to-market approach for this topic together with our Business Development lead • Further develop existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions from a subject-matter perspective

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, ideally with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement • Understanding of sales, customer, and service processes and the ability to translate business requirements into viable Microsoft solutions • Solid knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse, and ideally initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-driven automation • Solution-oriented, structured thinking and a willingness to take responsibility — from requirements analysis to successful delivery • Clear, respectful communication and the ability to confidently align clients, business units, and technical teams • Enjoyment of pre-sales activities, workshops, and demos, and actively shaping new consulting approaches • Completed vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification, plus many years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CRM consulting, or Microsoft consulting • Very good German and good English skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings
