Description

• Support homeschooling families by answering inquiries and resolving concerns. • Provide tailored guidance to ensure a seamless experience. • Navigate CRM systems and deliver clear communication. • Help families make informed decisions that align with their educational goals.

🎯 Exigences

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Outstanding verbal and written skills to engage with customers effectively. • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively. • Dedication to deliver exceptional service by handling customer issues with care and expertise. • Organization and efficiency, ability to manage various tasks with precision and commitment. • Ability to work during the mandatory peak period of August 1 – September 30, with no planned PTO during this timeframe. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of tasks. • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
