Description

• Closing accounts, congruent with defined monthly, quarterly and/or annual goals that ensure mutually beneficial satisfaction for the customer and for IMMY • Calling prospective customers to drive leads through the sales pipeline • Responding in a timely manner to requests for information, orders and other requests from customers about any of IMMY’s product offerings or related items • Having a working, technical knowledge of the diseases IMMY tests for and the tests themselves, so as to engage in technical discussions with potential clients • Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date with changes and developments in the medical diagnostic industry, as well as with fungal diseases and our customer base around the world • Recommending changes of products, services, and policy by evaluating the results from our products and based on customer feedback • Accurate recordkeeping of the sales opportunity progress in HubSpot, ERP and/or other database • Traveling to tradeshows and site visits showcasing IMMY’s product offering among fellow vendors and labs, representing the company at a variety of sales and marketing events • Maintaining relationships with lab managers and lead technicians to create raving fans of IMMY’s tests

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree. Business (Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Finance) or Life Science (Biology, Botany and Chemistry) degree preferred. • Comfortable making cold calls • Understanding of HubSpot, ERP platforms or other CRM software • Exceptional relational and communication skills • Punctuality and professionalism • Medical sales background or understanding of the industry preferred.
