• Proactive acquisition of new customers and management of existing accounts, including continuous assessment of needs and potential for new and existing clients • Implementation of growth targets and development of business strategies and growth plans • Active selling and presentation of our service portfolio • Preparation of tailored proposals, including calculation of testing efforts, in collaboration with colleagues from the specialist department • Follow-up on proposals, including contract and price negotiations • Attendance and participation at national and international trade fairs • Collaboration with marketing to develop and implement the overall marketing mix
• Degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Business Administration) or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the services or industrial sector • Strong technical understanding • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Excellent MS Office skills • Willingness to undertake frequent travel • Strong service orientation, analytical skills, and a high focus on goals and results • Ability to work productively as part of a team
