• Drive profitable growth and market share • Build strong relationships with distributors and end users • Inspire and develop a talented sales team • Execute ITW Welding’s North American sales strategy in a dynamic and competitive market • Provide clarity, direction, and motivation to the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals. • Coach and support team members, creating a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the future. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distribution partners. • Collaborate with divisional sales leaders to target high-potential accounts and drive growth. • Connect with end users to understand their needs and influence preference for ITW Welding solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (master’s preferred) • 5+ years of sales or sales management experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment • Proven leadership and team development skills • Strong understanding of distribution channel management • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight
