Description

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Data Management Product team • Collaborate closely with development, design, and stakeholders across the organization • Design, build and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for commercial data products • Mentor and guide software engineers and developers, elevating the team's overall technical capability

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field • 8+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree (or 6+ years of experience after Master's degree) in data engineering, data architecture, data management, or enterprise data platform development • 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, or similar role involving hands-on technical leadership of data engineering or data platform development teams • Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, cloud data platforms, and modern data engineering frameworks • Experience designing scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions within complex enterprise environments
