Description

• Define and articulate the strategic vision and long-term direction for Global Study Management • Contribute to Clinical Operations governance, resource planning, and operational excellence • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across Global Study Management • Partner with Program Leadership and Strategic Trial Optimization on clinical trial portfolio planning and execution • Oversee trial execution against KPIs, timelines, quality standards, and budget targets • Provide direction and resolve escalated operational challenges • Lead, mentor, and develop Global Study Management leaders • Build and scale functional capabilities, tools, and resources for complex trials • Promote global team alignment and flexible resourcing across international time zones and regions • Partner with Clinical Development Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, Quality Assurance, and Global Supply Chain • Drive financial stewardship, trial forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization • Ensure adherence to ICH GCP, global regulatory requirements, and company SOPs • Drive audit and inspection readiness across trial management activities

🎯 Exigences

• Demonstrated track record leading complex, global Phase I–IV clinical study execution across multiple therapeutic areas • Extensive leadership experience within a global study management or clinical operations organization in the biopharmaceutical industry or CRO • Demonstrated strategic functional leadership, organizational design, and departmental vision-setting experience • Ability to manage complex technical details while maintaining a strategic enterprise perspective • Collaboration with Clinical Development and medical experts to translate scientific concepts into operationally viable study designs and execution plans • Ability to construct, analyze, and optimize functional workforce budgets • Ability to operate effectively across a matrixed global environment with time zone flexibility • Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Allied Health, or related field required • Direct line management required • Experience in oncology, rare disease, or neuroscience preferred • Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred • Leadership of people managers preferred
