• Advise managing directors on how to acquire new employees or contracts using our unique systems • Qualify new prospects to assess whether they are a good fit for collaboration with us • Conduct sales conversations and sell our products to managing directors of industrial companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Perform follow-ups with clients and prospects • Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM handles 99% of the tedious tasks for you)
• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn, performance-driven attitude, and a desire for continuous development • Ideally: prior experience working in an agency or in sales coaching • Extroverted and people-oriented • Grit and a strong drive to achieve targets • Customer- and service-oriented with a friendly, communicative manner • Committed, quick to learn, structured in your work, and highly motivated to develop • Persuasive and articulate • We do not require a specific educational background — what matters is that you have some sales experience and are eager to grow with us.
• Above-average pay with an attractive commission model combining a fixed base and increasing commissions: • - Baseline (hygiene) standard: €5,000 • - Realistic target: €8,000 • - High performance: €12,000 and more (after 6–12 months) • A permanent employment contract with flexible working hours and the option to work 100% remotely • 30 vacation days plus additional benefits such as bonuses, company events, training, and continuing education • A fully automated CRM system that minimizes administrative tasks • A dynamic, high-energy team with a strong growth focus • A strong brand in the German industrial sector with hundreds of clients and case studies • A product that is unique in the market and that customers currently really need (80% closing rate)
