Description

• Lead and grow Keeper’s consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop and browser extensions • Define and drive the vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for the consumer product line • Deliver a consistent, cohesive cross-platform experience with feature parity and a unified customer journey • Partner with marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, promotions and go-to-market plans • Drive acquisition, activation, onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, retention and expansion into add-on products • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch and iteration • Prioritize and manage the product backlog with engineering and design • Conduct user research, analyze behavior and translate insights into product opportunities • Define, track and analyze product and growth metrics to inform roadmap and investment decisions • Grow adoption and engagement of consumer add-on products such as BreachWatch, secure file storage and secure messaging • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, support and documentation teams for successful launches • Monitor consumer security trends, competitive dynamics and platform changes • Advocate for security-first, privacy-by-design and frictionless user experiences

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong track record in consumer (B2C) software products • Demonstrated success delivering consumer products across web, mobile and desktop with measurable user and business outcomes • Experience driving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and engagement metrics • Experience partnering with marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy • Strong customer empathy and qualitative and quantitative research experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence engineering, design, marketing and business stakeholders • Comfort working with data and analytics tools to define metrics, run experiments and measure impact • Highly organized with strong execution skills and attention to detail • Experience working in Agile software development environments • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; degree in business, design or a related field preferred • Preferred: experience with subscription, freemium or free-to-paid consumer business models • Preferred: familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, password management or identity-related products • Preferred: experience shipping and optimizing mobile apps and browser extensions, including app store and web store best practices • Preferred: hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools • Preferred: understanding of consumer onboarding, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
