Description

• Join one of three swim-lane teams: New Customer Acquisition, Deliver Service, or AI & Operating Excellence • Own a workstream with multiple initiatives tied to a 2026 business bet • Define ambiguous, multi-layered problems and build cross-functional buy-in • Own and move a specific business metric, such as conversion, retention, Pro supply, or cost-to-serve • Drive a dedicated engineering/design pod from problem definition through shipped outcomes • Decide what not to build as part of prioritization • Use AI daily to query live business metrics, draft and refine PRDs, search the codebase, and analyze qualitative customer signals • Improve customer experiences, Pro satisfaction and growth, customer acquisition, service delivery, retention, and AI-powered product experiences • Prioritize ruthlessly based on leverage • Deliver measurable, attributable progress on owned metrics • Build genuinely better customer experiences • Earn trust across engineering, design, data, and business partners

🎯 Exigences

• Daily use of AI to draft specifications, explore data, prototype, and reduce busywork • Exceptional in either data-driven product work or customer/product taste, and at least good in the other • Ability to structure ambiguous problems before proposing solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate problems, earn buy-in, and say no with reason • Bias for action; comfortable shipping scrappy iterations and learning from real users • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills • Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data, and business partners • Technical fluency sufficient to earn engineers’ respect; coding is not required • Not a project-management role: must decide what to build and why • Not an engineering role: will not be writing code
