Description

• Own the e-commerce advertising product from zero to one through beta and toward general availability • Set product strategy, quarterly goals, success metrics, and present milestone progress to executive leadership and finance • Own unit economics and determine whether data supports scaling, pivoting, or stopping • Define scope and make disciplined scope-cutting decisions • Partner with go-to-market, sales, and account teams to define ideal customer profiles, go-to-market strategy, customer selection, and onboarding • Represent Liftoff in customer conversations and strategic industry partnerships • Partner with engineering leads to own the experiment roadmap, interpret A/B results, and make Go/No-Go decisions • Diagnose full-funnel performance from ad impression through site session, add-to-cart, and purchase • Set and enforce traffic quality and creative UX standards, including suppression logic and inventory quality controls • Work with Legal on consent handling, regional privacy requirements, customer data protection, and compliance • Develop strategic partnership and integration opportunities for measurement and attribution • Defend attribution methodology and incrementality story with performance marketers and agencies • Lead e-commerce platform integration work, including pixels, server-side event delivery, order attribution, catalog ingestion, and merchant-facing installation flows

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in performance advertising: DSP, retargeting platform, measurement/MMP, or ad network e-commerce products • Hands-on depth in web and mobile identity and attribution: probabilistic matching (IP and device signals), pixels, server-to-server postbacks, ITP, fingerprinting protection, and ATT • Track record of carrying a product from beta to GA, including recommending killing or materially pivoting something based on data • Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 incubation environment with small, funded pilots, hands-on customer management, and explicit go/no-go criteria • Demonstrated ML experimentation experience, including reading confidence intervals, challenging experiment design, and making ship/no-ship calls under uncertainty • Cross-functional leadership across engineering, ML, go-to-market, sales engineering, creative, and finance without direct authority • Preferred: Experience with the Shopify/e-commerce ecosystem, including app approval, Customer Privacy API, webhooks, catalog/product feeds, and merchant-facing tooling • Preferred: Familiarity with CAPI-style server-side integrations, such as Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions • Preferred: Familiarity with incrementality testing, MTA, MMM, and attribution methodologies • Preferred: Executive-level financial fluency and ability to build and defend a unit economics case
