Description

• Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process • Lead biweekly calls with customers and manage customer communications • Day to day management of offshore onboarding team (3 individuals) • Design, implement and improve scalable workflows and processes including tooling, automation and AI Agents. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify gaps in existing processes and systems

🎯 Exigences

• 1-2+ years experience of startup operations, tech or consulting • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, can critically analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement • High degree of comfort with Excel, including ability to manage and manipulate large data sets • Demonstrated high EQ, as this role is very customer facing and also requires managing a team day-to-day • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ability to prioritize • Strong team player who can also work and execute independently
