• Team leadership & development: You lead, motivate and coach your team (SDRs/Sales Managers). • Strategy & planning: You translate company objectives into concrete sales KPIs and ensure the pipeline stays well filled. • Process optimization: You refine the sales funnel, optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot) and implement outreach best practices. • Reporting: You monitor sales metrics and report on them regularly. • Pipeline & lead management: You manage the sales pipeline and prioritize leads. • Hands-on support: You actively support your team in closing complex negotiations or key accounts. • Cross-team collaboration: Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer journey.
• A completed degree or commercial vocational training plus several years of sales experience. • Proactivity and strong analytical skills. • Proven leadership experience: 2–3 years managing a sales team. • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment and the ability to successfully structure teams and optimize processes. • A sales-oriented mindset with a strong target focus. • Digital affinity and confident use of Office applications and digital tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus). • Very good German skills (C2) and excellent English (company language is English). • Ideally experience in the healthcare sector.
