Description

• Lead the FP&A department’s strategic direction and align business operations with Logically’s vision, mission, and values • Lead enterprise-wide annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range strategic planning, and capital planning • Develop and maintain detailed financial models tracking key metrics and business performance • Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, KPIs, and other business drivers • Deliver monthly consolidated financial reporting packages to private-equity investors • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support decision-making • Partner with senior management on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning • Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial, operational, and functional leaders • Partner with Accounting, HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams on monthly expense and headcount planning and reporting • Support executive communications and high-level presentations for senior management, the executive team, board of directors, private equity investors, lenders, and other stakeholders • Monitor performance against KPI targets and external benchmarks and support corrective actions • Support financial due diligence for potential M&A transactions • Lead financial reporting and planning integration for acquired entities • Partner with Sales and HR leadership to design, model, and implement sales compensation plans • Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations to senior leadership • Manage ad hoc projects supporting management and business decisions • Champion AI-enabled tools and finance process automation • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, planning tools, and reporting automation

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required • MBA or CPA preferred • 9-11 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance, or Accounting • Proven experience working in a private equity-backed environment, including familiarity with PE reporting cadences, investor packages, and value-creation frameworks • Experience in a services industry business; experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) is a strong plus but not required • Experience with recurring revenue business models, including fluency with ARR, Churn, NRR and LTV • Proven ability in financial modeling, including NPV, ROI, and Accretion/Dilution • Experience supporting M&A due diligence, financial integration of entities and synergy analysis • Experience with sales compensation plan design and implementation preferred • Proven track record of building and leading financial planning processes in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Superior skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency in SQL; ability to independently write and execute SQL queries against financial and operational databases • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools in a finance context, including AI-assisted forecasting, variance analysis, narrative generation, or workflow automation • Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and strategic alignment • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central a plus • Experience with ConnectWise is a strong plus, but not required • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred • Strategic insight and ability to translate requirements, challenges, and trends into actionable strategy • Experience designing and implementing strategic and operating approaches, infrastructure, cadence, plans, processes, and key metrics • Thorough understanding of systems analysis and big data analysis methods • Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong analytical and business judgment • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Unquestionable ethics, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential financial information
