La plateforme s’adresse aux équipes IT d’entreprise, aux fournisseurs de services managés ainsi qu’aux équipes DevOps/CloudOps qui ont besoin d’une visibilité full-stack, d’un contexte complet sur les incidents et d’une automatisation gouvernée afin de réduire les temps d’arrêt et les tâches opérationnelles répétitives.

Description

• Serve as a customer-centric technical thought leader and evangelist within LogicMonitor • Help customers, prospects, and internal teams answer product best-practice and implementation questions • Provide technical enablement and early knowledge of new features and products • Explain how LogicMonitor products can be applied to customer environments to drive business outcomes • Work across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams • Provide technical know-how, common tooling, and frameworks for customer problems outside product and professional-services scope • Translate internal, customer, and prospect requests into actionable information and clear business outcomes for Product and Engineering prioritization • Help drive an engaging, results-driven technical training curriculum with the training team • Increase speed to productivity for internal functions and speed to value for LogicMonitor customers • Deliver onsite training and evangelism as needed

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of experience in a similar technical role • Significant experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, especially Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data and/or distributed computing • Experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures, containerization, observability, and DevOps • Understanding of systems, information and data flows within enterprise environments • Experience working with and delivering API-based solutions • Superior oral and written communication skills in English • Strong technical writing skills • Excellent troubleshooting instincts and comfort with unfamiliar tools • Significant Linux and/or Windows/Network administration and operations experience • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and Xen Server • Experience with storage technologies such as NetApp, EMC, HPLeftHand, and Dell EqualLogic • Experience with load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP, Netscaler, and Barracuda • Experience with WMI, PerfMon, JDBC, SNMP, SMTP, and JMX • Experience with webservers such as IIS, Apache, and Tomcat • Experience with Active Directory • Experience with databases including SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL • Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, and Ruby • Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training/evangelism • Experience working effectively as part of a distributed team • Public speaking and presentation skills • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization; transferable valid U.S. work authorization may be considered case by case
