Description

• Actively work the support queue, ensuring SLAs are met with a focus on productivity • Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration/parameterization issue, or system failure • Apply technical and functional solutions decisively, ensuring the fix does not impact other routines • Support end users, understanding their issues and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence • Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base

🎯 Exigences

• Strong knowledge of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing/Invoicing and PCP (Production Planning) modules • Ability to manage and resolve multiple support tickets per day with accuracy • Critical thinking to analyze logs, tables and processes before proposing a solution • Focus on customer success and stability of the Protheus environment • SQL knowledge to perform table queries and data diagnostics • Nice to have: TOTVS certification in Protheus modules; experience with Protheus integrations with other systems; logistics and execution knowledge: GFE (Freight Management), TMS (Transportation Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management)
