• You identify and qualify potential B2B clients • You proactively reach out to prospects and conduct initial conversations • You analyze needs and uncover potential for collaboration • You schedule qualified appointments for our sales team • You ensure leads are cleanly pre-qualified and handed over in an optimal state • You build trust and develop sustainable relationships • You document your activities in a structured way and keep the sales funnel up to date • You work closely with the sales team to continuously optimize processes and strategies.

🎯 Exigences

• Some experience in B2B sales, customer-facing roles or appointment setting is an advantage • Strong communication skills and a confident presence on the phone and in video calls • Good interpersonal instincts and conversation skills • Structured and responsible way of working • High motivation to work on a commission basis and deliver results • Reliability, ambition and a strong goal orientation • Enjoy building relationships and engaging conversation partners.
