Description

• Create and update maps, guidelines, and profiles using Edifecs tools according to functional logic • Create XML, DFF, and PFF maps and guidelines for Healthcare EDI transactions such as 837, 834, 835, and 820 • Design, develop, and implement Edifecs solutions • Configure Edifecs tools and XEngine configuration files for partner-specific validation • Monitor and troubleshoot transmissions in Edifecs Transaction Manager • Configure severity files for custom error validation • Coordinate with application teams and support QA • Serve as an expert technical and industry resource to management, clients, and development staff • Consult on IT technical and business-domain process capabilities and identify new IT opportunities • Direct task identification, work estimates, and schedules for research, prototypes, and proof-of-concept activities • Direct and participate in data management, application architecture, and business architecture development tasks • Provide guidance and mentorship to software engineers on complex assignments and new technologies • Develop scalable, stable, and secure coding guidelines • Write quality code and assist with problem solving, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and coaching • Lead Agile software development efforts as a technical leader • Coach engineers on TDD, ATDD, and pair programming • Guide teams in establishing DevOps environments • Design and develop highly scalable AWS cloud applications • Review application, business, code-quality, and performance metrics and take corrective action • Create load and performance testing strategies and perform advanced performance tuning • Write technical blogs and participate in the Open Source community • Comply with position-specific security responsibilities, controls, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years of related experience • Minimum of 3+ years designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, secure software in IT • Experience with Edifecs Healthcare 9.x suite and Healthcare Payer systems • Detailed understanding of Healthcare EDI transaction sets, including 270/271, 820, 834, 837 I/P/D, and 835 • Experience configuring Edifecs tools, including EDIFECS SpecBuilder, Map Builder, EAM, and Transaction Manager • Knowledge of software development and implementation processes • Experience developing Groovy scripts • Understanding of systems integration, application behavior, technical requirements, and business requirements • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, cloud, containers, microservices, continuous delivery, and continuous integration • Experience with AWS cloud services, including CloudFormation, EC2, SWF, ELB, Lambda, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB • Experience with TDD, ATDD, pair programming, load testing, performance testing, and performance tuning • Critical thinking and demonstrated problem-solving techniques • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience may be considered
