• In this role, you will be the technical expert helping customers and partners unlock the full potential of the Marketplacer platform. • You’ll bridge business vision and technical execution, designing scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, PIM, and eCommerce platforms. • Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through technical complexity and ensure implementations are robust, scalable, and built for long-term success. • Collaborate with clients to design and architect scalable solutions using Marketplacer's APIs and GraphQL. • Define integration patterns that connect Marketplacer with ERPs, CRMs, and front-end frameworks (Headless, React, etc.). • Ensure technical designs align with best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. • Act as the technical point of contact during the post-sales implementation phase. • Guide developers and partners on best practices for building on top of the Marketplacer platform. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance to ensure successful project go-lives. • Develop and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation for customers and agency partners. • Empower our partner ecosystem to build high-quality, sustainable marketplace solutions. • Act as a bridge between the field and our Product/Engineering teams to advocate for feature enhancements and bug fixes. • Create and maintain scalable technical assets, including sample code, boilerplates, and implementation guides. • Support the pre-sales team on complex technical scoping and feasibility assessments when required. • Continuously improve implementation methodologies to reduce time-to-value for our customers.
• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services), ideally within SaaS or E-commerce. • Experience working with enterprise or upper mid-market customers • Exposure to System Integrators or multi-vendor delivery environments • Familiarity with modern architecture patterns (API-first, event-driven, composable commerce) • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is a plus • Deep proficiency in modern web technologies, specifically APIs (REST/GraphQL), JavaScript, and cloud-native architectures. • Strong experience with integration middleware and connecting disparate enterprise systems. • The ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from developers to C-suite executives. • A self-motivated mindset with a proven track record of delivering successful technical projects in fast-paced environments.
