Description

• Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System • Aid Product Manager(s) in the development of product requirements, workflow diagrams, and backlog prioritization • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies to answer questions and provide clarification during development of features to ensure they remain true to product requirements and intent • Support engineering team(s) with testing during development and delivery • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s) • Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs

🎯 Exigences

• 1+ years of experience in product management or software business analysis • Experience working on Enterprise B2B SaaS products • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems. • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions • Prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience a bonus • CSPO or equivalent certification(s) preferred • Comfortable with stakeholder management, including executive level.
