Description

• Drive New Business and Growth Oriented • Identify, target, and win new business within the adhesives and sealants market • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans • Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement • Manage and grow existing key accounts while expanding product penetration • Strengthen long-term customer relationships and uncover cross-selling opportunities • Collaborate with customers on formulation challenges and performance improvements • Recommend additive solutions (e.g., antioxidants, UV stabilizers, photoinitiators, etc.) • Partner with internal technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in adhesives • Provide insights to support product development and strategic direction

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (preferred) • 5–15+ years of experience in adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals • Proven success in new business development • Strong understanding of adhesive formulations and additive technologies • Ability to travel 50–60% within US and Canada • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
