Description

• Keep projects on track by delivering >90% of installations on time and unblocking issues in real-time. • Reduce rework rates <5% and ensure compliance with installation artifacts and validation checks. • Partner with Operations Engineering to roll out automated technician tooling that cuts install validation times by 30%. • Act as the technical lead on live install threads. • Troubleshoot issues mid-install related to ISP circuit turn-up, VLAN mismatches, port configurations, and more. • Own sign-off as the final gate before a network goes live. • Keep installs moving by documenting progress and surfacing blockers proactively. • Identify recurring failure patterns and partner with Operations Engineering to improve processes and tooling. • Build for the field by translating technician insights into product improvements.
