Description

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the platform • Develop .NET/C# backend services and APIs, data access, and modern web front-ends such as Vue or React/TypeScript • Own architecture and technical design for features and services • Balance speed, scalability, and maintainability • Write clean, well-tested, observable code • Uphold comprehensive testing, code review, CI/CD, and operational excellence • Use AI coding agents to plan, implement, test, refactor, and review software • Break complex work into clear, well-scoped tasks and provide specifications, context, and guardrails for agents • Review, test, and harden agent-generated code for correctness, security, and quality • Improve team practices with agents by sharing patterns and building reusable prompts and tooling • Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver customer-facing value • Mentor peers, contribute to technical direction, and establish standards for an agentic-first engineering culture • Travel regularly for partner meetings, business reviews, industry events, and company gatherings

🎯 Exigences

• Hands-on experience building software with an agentic engineering approach using AI coding agents/assistants such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar • Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, APIs, relational databases such as SQL Server/PostgreSQL, testing, and CI/CD • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Comfort with containers, automated pipelines, and observability • Excellent judgment and code-review skills to evaluate and harden AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance • Clear communication and ability to decompose ambiguous problems • Ability to collaborate across a distributed, remote team • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production full-stack applications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent practical experience considered • Candidates must be based in the United States • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship • Preferred experience with prompts, custom agent tooling, MCP servers, agentic workflows, LLM APIs, and RAG • Preferred background in B2B SaaS, document/process automation, or data- and workflow-heavy enterprise domains • Familiarity with security and compliance in multi-tenant SaaS, such as SOC 2 • Open-source contributions or a track record of raising engineering practices on a team are a plus
