Description

• Product analyst for telecom data and processes. • Gather requirements for new Voice/Mobility demands, mapping flows and impacted systems. • Write system development requirements, compose use cases and perform system tests (UAT). • Specify and model the SIM CARD loading pipeline approved by Engineering. • Address cross-functional needs related to SIM card provisioning. • Lead forums to understand Voice/Mobility needs and deliver flows and requirements. • Work collaboratively with other teams to build shared understanding and deliver products/services. • Act as a knowledge disseminator within the team. • Work on IoT projects creating end-to-end designs, flow diagrams, delivering requirements and performing validations.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in IT. • Experience with Voice/Mobility processes and products. Knowledge of some systems in the Mobility/Voice Claro stack is mandatory (GIF, PIB, URM, SGIoT, IW, GAIA, CLA, SGAV, SAIP, Broadsoft, APG). • Knowledge of SIM card provisioning flows preferred. • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. • Analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset. • Experience with automation of voice/mobility service provisioning and integration with orchestration systems preferred. • Familiarity with Voice/Mobility services (Virtual PBX, SIM card provisioning) preferred. • English fluency preferred. • Knowledge of BPMN required. • IoT knowledge preferred. • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs used in IoT solutions (REST, MQTT) preferred. • Knowledge of the IoT ecosystem: devices, networks (LoRa, NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G), platforms and applications preferred. • Basic understanding of IoT data security and governance preferred.
