Description

• Advise customers on software processes and identify optimization opportunities within the healthcare environment • Serve as the primary contact for commercial and sales-related matters • Build and develop long-term customer relationships within the statutory health insurance (GKV) sector • Develop new business opportunities and systematically expand a strong network within the oscare® ecosystem • Deliver targeted presentations at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully • Assume revenue responsibility after the onboarding phase • Work closely across departments with product and project teams to align offerings with market requirements

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative software solutions • Professional background in the statutory health insurance (GKV) environment • Strong ability to build networks and acquire new customers • Experience explaining technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders • High degree of self-organization, resilience, and negotiation skills • Team-oriented working style with a long-term relationship focus • Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 10–20%) • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2) and fluent English
