Description

• Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients and IT professionals • Act as the strategic interface between companies and highly qualified technical and leadership talent • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from requirements intake to placement • Identify, approach, and attract suitable candidates within the IT sector • Advise companies on accurately filling their vacancies

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrable success in IT recruitment (Perm & Contract) • Deep market understanding and strong advisory skills at decision-maker level • Strong network at executive and hiring levels with rapid ability to monetize • Hunter and closer mentality combined with high negotiation confidence • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and clear results orientation
