Description

• Design, build, and enhance scalable data pipelines processing ad server and ancillary data • Ingest and normalize data from SSPs, DSPs, ad servers such as GAM, and third-party reporting APIs • Develop ETL/ELT workflows transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets • Create data models for campaign performance optimization, supply analysis, supply allocations, and profit maximization • Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes optimized for ad-tech query patterns • Implement data quality monitoring, validation, and anomaly detection for data streams • Support Executive, BI, and analytics teams with clean, documented, performant data infrastructure • Ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance in data collection, storage, and processing • Process massive volumes of data and billions of events to power real-time analytics and dashboards

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience • 2+ years working with programmatic advertising and ad-tech data (GAM) • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience with data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, ClickHouse • Experience with batch processing frameworks: Spark, dbt, Airflow • Understanding of ad-tech data structures: bid requests, impressions, OpenRTB schemas, log-level data • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code • Ability to work partial US work hours, available until 2pm ET • Familiarity with SSP reporting APIs and log-level data, including Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, and Xandr • Experience with Google Ad Manager reporting, Data Transfer files, and BigQuery exports • Knowledge of revenue metrics including CPM, eCPM, RPM, fill rate, win rate, and bid density • Knowledge of auction analytics, including bid landscape, floor optimization, and timeout analysis • Knowledge of demand partner performance metrics, including SSP/bidder scoring, latency analysis, viewability metrics, reach/frequency, and IVT • Knowledge of supply chain data, including ads.txt validation, sellers.json mapping, and SPO analysis • Experience with Python and SQL; Scala is nice to have • Nice-to-have experience with ML feature engineering for bid optimization or yield prediction • Nice-to-have background in publisher-side monetization data products • Nice-to-have familiarity with differential privacy and clean rooms • Nice-to-have experience with CTV/OTT advertising data and video ad metrics • Nice-to-have knowledge of identity resolution and cross-device data challenges
