Description
• Work closely with regional and practice leadership to drive optimal clinical operations • Plan and execute ongoing strategic initiatives for all practices • Partner with business integration team to on-board new practices and grow existing ones • Monitor practice performance and review monthly financials • Provide recommendations for improvement
🎯 Exigences
• 7 + years’ experience in Medical Practice Management (private practice) • Bachelor's Degree • Strong background in financial management and analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment • Ability to negotiate and build relationships with healthcare professionals
