Description

• Lead technical deployments of Myto at customer sites from initial onboarding through production rollout. • Work directly with manufacturing teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and deployment requirements. • Configure, integrate, and customize Myto for customer-specific environments. • Build lightweight tools, integrations, and automation that improve customer workflows. • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineering and ensure successful customer outcomes. • Partner closely with product and engineering to identify product improvements based on deployment experience. • Test new features in real customer environments and provide structured feedback before broader release. • Help develop repeatable deployment playbooks, implementation processes, and best practices as Myto scales. • Travel regularly to customer sites across North America.
