Description

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and other high-value client accounts • Serve as the TPRM primary point of contact for assigned accounts • Build trusted relationships with compliance officers, risk managers, and vendor management leads • Guide clients through the post-sales lifecycle, including service timelines, deliverables, and expectations • Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on vendor management best practices • Identify account risks, service gaps, and optimization opportunities • Coordinate due diligence documentation gathering with the Vendor Operations Team • Assign and oversee TPRM Specialist work for accuracy and timeliness • Monitor progress and communicate updates, vendor issues, and service completion to clients • Support vendor services onboarding, annual service cycles, and training initiatives • Identify account growth opportunities, including additional tiers, monitoring services, and one-time reviews • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, Vendor Operations, Risk Analysts, and Product teams • Maintain working knowledge of Ncontracts’ TPRM software suite and Vendor Management services • Recommend process improvements aligned with regulatory expectations and industry trends

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role • Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrated experience working with compliance, risk, or operational stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred) • Professional certifications in Vendor Management, Risk Management, or related fields (preferred) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Exceptional customer service mindset • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams • Ability to deliver product training and explain system functionality • Aptitude for identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be willing to undergo a detailed background check if offered employment
