Description

• Drive District Profitability by taking ownership of the financial performance of your district • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by implementing rigorous performance management practices • Recruit, Onboard, and Develop Store Managers • Lead Sales Training Initiatives by spearheading training efforts within your district • Ensure Operational Excellence by championing adherence to Neo’s operational frameworks • Data-Driven Performance Management through analyzing performance trends • Independent District Management by proactively managing your own schedule • Support Store Manager Success by acting as a key resource.

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial product sales preferred) • 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience • A high level of training and coaching proficiency • Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives • Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations • Strong understanding of and experience in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • A fundamental and strong understanding of data analysis. • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
