• Strong knowledge of the Durham Region market (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa) • Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board • Proven ability to generate and close business • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems • Self-motivated, organized, and professional • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
