Description

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon (Seller Central), Otto, and Decathlon, including assortment, pricing, inventory, Buy Box, and account health • Plan and optimize advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display) with a focus on ACoS, TACoS, and profitability • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Create clear briefs for the Listing and Content teams to improve product listings • Analyze revenue, margins, and rankings, and derive concrete actions • Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment with the Logistics team • Launch new marketplaces and countries, from integration through ongoing operations • Report to the Head of Marketplaces and collaborate with the Content, Design, and Logistics teams

🎯 Exigences

• 2–3 years of experience in marketplace management, including demonstrable experience with Amazon Seller Central • Proficient in Amazon Advertising and familiar with the key performance metrics • Knowledge of Otto and Decathlon as marketplaces; hands-on experience with them is preferred • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 and Sellerboard, or the ability to learn new tools quickly • Experience at an e-commerce startup or with a growing brand is a plus • Independent, structured working style and clear communication, including in a remote environment • Fluent German and good English
