• Actively expand and maintain customer relationships, taking direct responsibility for assigned accounts • Conduct performance and sales meetings with retail partners, including price and terms negotiations • Category management to develop product portfolios and core assortments • Independently develop ideas and initiatives to increase revenue • Perform analyses and KPI tracking, and provide concrete recommendations for action • Design joint business plans and participate in — as well as take ownership of — exciting projects • Optimize the brand image • Prepare relevant sales documentation and customer-specific proposals • Work closely with our product management and marketing teams • Continuously develop the NEONAIL Expert Partner Program • Conduct customer trainings and sales staff training
• At least 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in consumer goods • Several years of sales experience with complex/consultative products or services in the (German) beauty market is a plus • University degree in business administration or a related field • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation skills and a confident manner • A high degree of customer orientation is one of your strengths • Fluent in German and English • Analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a structured working style
