Description

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner for the Global Holistic Health business • Lead Logistics and Procurement Finance support across the supply chain P&L • Provide strategic financial guidance, insights, and decision support to Supply Chain and Procurement leaders • Lead analysis and reporting for distribution costs, procurement PPV, and waste • Develop business cases and monitor cost savings and network optimization initiatives • Support Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and develop Market Business Strategy (MBS) deliverables • Execute Period End Close activities and provide variance analysis and forecasts • Maintain Supply Chain financial reporting and KPI dashboards • Manage savings and productivity pipelines and validate assumptions • Evaluate freight, warehousing, co-packing, and material cost changes • Support transition to an independent standalone operating structure • Evaluate capital investments using NPV, IRR, payback, and ROI analysis • Provide financial leadership for special projects and ad hoc analyses • Lead, coach, and develop one Senior Financial Analyst • Drive continuous improvement, business transformation, process simplification, and digital innovation

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline required • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements • Knowledge of US GAAP and/or International Accounting Standards (IAS) • Financial statement analysis, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting • Knowledge of corporate finance concepts including cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, and economic profit • Strong understanding of P&L drivers • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills • Knowledge of cost accounting methodologies, including activity-based costing • Ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional partnerships • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Word • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity • Ability to lead effectively in a transformational environment • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
