Description

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and closeout • Serve as the primary project lead for Advanced Manufacturing efforts, with a focus on additive manufacturing and non-destructive testing initiatives • Coordinate across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and program stakeholders to drive project outcomes • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and performance while ensuring alignment with program objectives • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, particularly those related to technical execution and production readiness • Resolve programmatic and technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Develop and deliver clear, concise briefings and status updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders • Support development of key project artifacts, including Statements of Work, Requests for Information, and technical documentation • Apply best practices and data-driven approaches to improve project execution and manufacturing outcomes • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, high-demand environment

🎯 Exigences

• Active SECRET clearance • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (strict requirement) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion • Experience working with or supporting United States Navy programs or similar government environments • Engineering or technical background (degree or relevant experience) • Familiarity with subcontractor management, including developing Statements of Work, monitoring performance, and managing deliverables • Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Office 365 • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
