• You acquire new customers from hospitals and hospital groups and convince them of our innovative digital solutions. • Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you establish the initial contact and personally persuade prospects with your expertise during conversations. • You are responsible for expanding and driving sales potential and growth for these key stakeholder groups — in direct collaboration with our co-founders. • You track the success of our sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and work in a KPI-driven manner.
• You hold a degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science or a related field with very good academic results. • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in selling medical devices and/or IT technologies for hospitals. • You have experience with budgeting, revenue generation and the billability of services in the hospital environment. • You are proficient in dealing with all relevant stakeholders within hospitals (C‑level, clinical staff, IT, procurement, etc.) and have proven experience winning tenders. • Ideally, you already have a personal network of decision-makers in German hospitals. • You are familiar with common IT systems and data interfaces in healthcare. • Professional experience in procurement or in the hospital IT landscape is an advantage. • You demonstrate a strong hands-on, can-do attitude. • You are a strong communicator with excellent German and very good English skills. • You are willing to travel.
