Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client service • Lead the delivery of Publications and Medical Affairs projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, advisory boards, slide decks, medical education initiatives, and other scientific communication deliverables • Manage project plans, estimates, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial tracking, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues where appropriate • Partner with scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and operational colleagues to deliver integrated, high-quality scientific communications • Support the development and execution of strategic publication plans and Medical Affairs communication initiatives aligned with client objectives and clinical milestones • Ensure deliverables meet applicable industry guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards, including ICMJE and GPP where appropriate • Apply best practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency • Support proposal development, identify opportunities for organic account growth, and contribute to new business activities • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging collaborative ways of working

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred but not required) • 3+ years' experience in medical communications supporting Publications, Medical Affairs, or both • Experience managing scientific communication deliverables, such as manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, medical education content, advisory boards, or other Medical Affairs initiatives • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, budgets, forecasts, and financial processes • Confidence building client relationships, anticipating needs, managing expectations, and providing proactive solutions • Experience collaborating across scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and operational teams to deliver integrated communication programs • Knowledge of publication guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP, and familiarity with publication or project management systems such as Datavision is an advantage • A proactive mindset with an interest in supporting account growth, improving ways of working, and mentoring junior colleagues
