Description

• Analyze hiring processes, including time-in-stage, T2H, and yield rate metrics • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports • Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership through clear visual products and concise written analysis • Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings and industry benchmarking studies • Prepare analytical reports and present findings to senior leadership • Support recurring metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance measurement • Support potential future contract awards and upcoming opportunities serving federal government clients

🎯 Exigences

• Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, human resource metrics, automation, or process improvement within a federal or large organizational setting • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing hiring processes, including time-in-stage, T2H and yield rate metrics • Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports using commonly available business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation tools • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership using clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations • Experience conducting benchmarking studies and developing actionable recommendations based on industry standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check • U.S. Citizen • Familiarity with federal hiring practices and relevant regulations is preferred • Demonstrated experience providing recurring metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance measurement support in a federal or large organizational environment is preferred • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or Government-approved equivalent tools is preferred
