• Conduct 4 to 5 online training sessions per day with clients of different profiles, ensuring the implementation of 15–20 clients per month; • Lead the onboarding of new clients in a structured way, from the initial diagnosis to system activation; • Map client processes, ensuring alignment with the ERP and management best practices; • Provide guidance and consultative support for initial platform parameterization and configuration; • Design and deliver trainings for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, pedagogical approach and user autonomy in using features; • Create and manage the implementation timeline, conducting trainings and client alignments; • Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies, proposing course corrections and practical solutions to keep the project moving forward; • Record and document stages, decisions, progress and next steps, ensuring traceability and quality of delivery; • Monitor activation, engagement and customer success metrics, taking data-driven actions to ensure the “first value”; • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of the customer journey; • Collect structured feedback on the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Information Technology; • Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and its main modules; • Solid understanding of administrative and financial processes (accounts payable/receivable, billing, cash flow); • Basic knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (taxes, fiscal documents, primary and ancillary obligations); • Proven experience implementing software, preferably ERP, in a B2B environment; • Ability to conduct trainings and communicate didactically with users at different maturity levels; • Experience managing a portfolio, keeping the CRM updated, recording feedback and scheduling follow-up trainings; • Ability to run projects with defined timelines, regular follow-ups and scope control; • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret implementation metrics and indicators; • Organization, discipline and the ability to produce structured documentation; • Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented profile; • Prior experience in consulting or in a consultative technology role is a strong differentiator; • Intermediate knowledge of tax operations and accounting routines; • Experience in the SaaS market, especially with ERPs; • Experience implementing for enterprise accounts or high-complexity projects; • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools; • Fluency in English and/or Spanish to conduct trainings and client interactions; • Certifications related to Customer Success, Project Management or ERP.
