• You advise people on one of the most important decisions of their professional lives – a state-funded continuing education program. • At OneCareer we help people earn qualifications, but not at any cost: our aim is to find the path that truly fits each candidate. • You take ownership of pre-qualified leads and guide individuals through the entire consultation and closing process. • In conversations you identify which educational offer best suits the other person’s needs — with the goal of finding the option that fits their individual situation. • You maintain your customer contacts and sales processes in our CRM system, HubSpot. • You monitor your sales KPIs and always know where you stand. • You work closely with internal teams — because good advising rarely happens alone. • You maintain contact with the Employment Agency and other relevant partners.
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in consultative environments dealing with complex or technical products or services — e.g., education, financial advisory, or insurance. • Experience in contexts where trust, individual needs analysis and emotionally intelligent conversation play a central role. • A strong consultative mindset combined with a clear closing orientation — aiming to identify the precisely right solution for the customer through accurate needs analysis. • Genuine "hunger" and drive, high motivation, and the healthy ambition to not only meet but exceed your sales targets. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented even in difficult conversations. • Structured, independent working style with the ability to manage multiple client cases in parallel. • Confident use of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. • Commercial training or a degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field — career changers with relevant sales experience are welcome.
