• Identify new opportunities, maintain, and improve the value of existing business, and grow positive customer relations. • Create, execute, and deliver continuous improvement of the business plan with focus toward growing revenue, contribution, and customer value. • Develop strategies, collaborate with prospective customers, and work with cross functional teams to establish a quality business relationship. • Adhere to and role model OOCL competition compliance policies & procedures in all business activities.
• 3-5 years of industry sales experience (ocean transportation, steamship industry) • A valid driver's license and vehicle is required as this is an outside sales position • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint • Organized, planner, ability to prioritize • Ability to listen and help navigate sales • Adaptable with effective written and oral communication • Negotiation and interpersonal skills
