Description

• Own solution engineering for enterprise opportunities in the assigned industry, from platform deep dive through customer decision • Translate supply chain resilience, reporting, carbon management, product compliance, asset operations, and track-and-trace challenges into solution scope • Design and deliver vertical-tailored osapiens HUB demonstrations using realistic industry scenarios, terminology, and KPIs • Coordinate with Solution-Suite SEs for specialist support • Own end-to-end proofs of concept anchored in industry value drivers • Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems • Own functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT-integration topics • Maintain the competitive picture and curate industry references to support deals • Represent osapiens at industry events, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings • Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, multi-threading, stakeholder mapping, and technical/value-proposition coaching • Feed structured industry insights to Product to inform roadmap priorities • Mentor junior SEs, contribute to enablement content and battle cards, and help scale the SE function

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, tech-focused consulting, or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS • Clear experience in the target industry • Understanding of the industry value chain, operating model, regulatory pressures, and digital landscape • Proven ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including proofs of concept and security reviews • Comfortable with enterprise deal sizes above €250K • Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management/SSO, cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and basic data modeling • Ability to connect regulatory or operational pain to ROI, TCO, and deployment roadmaps • Regular use of AI for research, demo preparation, and RFP work, with a perspective on AI-driven role development • Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure; comfortable with board-level discussions and Postman sessions • Native or near-native German required • Fluent English required • Based in the DACH region, or elsewhere in Europe with willingness to travel approximately 25–35% to clients across the region • Italian, Spanish, or French language skills are a bonus
